B. Gary Harris - Administrative Bishop
Bishop Harris hails from Tennessee where he was raised in the Church
of God since childhood. He is a third generation member of our church.
He graduated from Lee University in 1974 with a degree in Christian
Education and continued a ministry that began earlier as a volunteer
local church worker. Following his graduation, he served in several
local churches as a staff member doing youth, Christian education,
and music ministry. He also pastored churches in Mississippi, and
served as District Overseer, and a member of several State Boards.
He has served as guest speaker in several Prayer Conferences, Camp
Meetings, and Christian education seminars. He and his wife have
also done marriage enrichment seminars.
In 1981, he began state youth and Christian education ministry
that took him to five states, including Mississippi, West Virginia,
South Georgia, South Carolina, and North Georgia. After completing
25 years of youth work in 1998, he was appointed as the Administrative
Coordinator for the International Evangelism and Home Missions Department
in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he served until 2006 when he was
appointed as the Administrative Bishop of Alaska/BC. He completed
his Master of Arts degree in counseling from the Church of God Theological
Seminary in 2007.

Dorlene Harris - State Women's Ministry President
Dorlene has served in various capacities in the area of Women’s
Ministries on the local and state level. She served as a State Girls
Clubs Coordinator for eighteen years. She has been guest speaker
and musician at numerous local, state, and national women’s events
and authored articles for various church and educational publications.
She is the mother of three children, Kevin, Phillip, and Amy, all
of which are involved in full-time ministry. She is also the grandmother
(“Nana”) of eight precious grandchildren.
Dorlene attended Lee University and holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Music Education from Concord University and continued
graduate studies at Valdosta State University. She taught public
school music for eighteen years. She has a heart for God and a love
for people.

David Queja - State Youth & Christian Education Director
David Queja is the State Youth and Christian Education Director
for Alaska /BC and also serves as the Associate Pastor for North
Anchorage Church of God. He has served on the Alaska/BC State Youth
Board for 4 years, prior to becoming the director. He is actively
involved in the state youth camps, ArcticFest, youth after-glows,
and state, local and regional youth events. David has his bachelor’s
degree in Business Management and Aviation Safety from Embry Riddle
Aeronautical University. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2002
and is currently employed as the Human Resources Manager for the
Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration
for Central Alaska. He was born and raised in Hawaii. He and his
wife Rena have four boys, Preston, Pili, Makana, and Keahi.

Rena Queja - Girls Ministry Coordinator for Alaska/BC
Rena Queja is the Girls Ministries Coordinator for Alaska and British
Columbia. Rena received her Ordained Minister’s license from the
Church of God in 2003, and believes in teaching the Word of God
through power and anointing. She is actively involved in state youth
camps, ArcticFest, youth after-glows, and state, local, and regional
youth events with her husband. She has served as a children’s pastor
in Hawaii and Alaska, and has ministered in other states. She, like
her husband, David, is a native of Hawaii. They have four children
Preston, Pili, Makana, and Keahi. Rena believes that the most precious
gift God has entrusted to us is our children. She is concerned with
discipling their spiritual growth not just to their own children,
but to the youth in the state of Alaska, to which God has called
them.

Richard Green - Evangelism and Home Missions Director
Richard Green has been a pastor in Alaska for 29 years—ten years
at Fairbanks and 19 years in Juneau. He has served as Evangelism
and Home Missions Director for Alaska/BC for twenty years. Before
coming to Alaska, he successfully planted and pastored two churches
in South Carolina and also served as an Associate Pastor at the
South Cleveland Church of God in Tennessee. He is a graduate of
Lee University. He has been a speaker for Camp Meetings, revivals,
Youth Camps, regional and state events and citywide events in Juneau.
He served as a State Youth Board member in South Carolina, President
of the South Carolina and Alaska Lee College Alumni Associations,
Alaska/BC State Council Member, and the Chaplain for Lemon Creek
Correctional Center in Juneau. He is the publisher of the Alaska/BC
newsletter, “The Harvester”. His wife and partner in ministry is
Linda. Their family, a son, Andrew, and his wife Tania and a daughter,
Christa, and her husband Corey, reside in Juneau along with their
families.

Linda Green - WM Evangelism Coordinator
Linda Green, grew up in Florida, attended Lee University, and married
Richard Green in 1968. Since then she has been a partner in ministry
with her husband for 40 years. She has been a pastor’s wife, a mother
and a mentor to many women. In the local church she has served as
Women’s Ministries President, teacher of all age groups, musician,
motivator and encourager. She has led and been speaker for numerous
women’s events. She has worked as a leader and teacher of the Church
of God Christian School in Fairbanks, as Executive Assistant for
National Marine Fisheries and is presently employed as financial
assistant with the Transportation Security Administration. She has
served in the Church of God in Alaska/BC as Evangelism Coordinator
for 20 years and as a member of the Women’s Ministries Board.
